Lil Nas X is finally teasing new music and we’re kinda obsessed with it tbh.
America’s favorite out rapper tweeted a video of him driving and lip-syncing to the new song earlier this week. The song is a little more upbeat than most of the songs off his debut EP and has a pretty catchy hook. We have no choice but to stan!
He paired the video with a caption reading “CALL ME BY YOUR NAME.” We’re going to assume that the caption is the name of the song and this track isn’t an original song for the long-anticipated sequel to 2017’s Call Me By Your Name.
Check out the teaser in the video below:

The video unexpectedly caused some brief Twitter drama. A user retweeted the video and added that Lil Nas X is the “only gay person” they respect. The tweet caught the attention of the rapper and he replied saying not to listen to his music.
“Don’t bump my shit if u say shit like this,” Nas X tweeted.

The drama didn’t stop there though! Another user replied to Nas X and threw some pretty serious insults.
“You’re a one hit wonder,” the user tweeted. “Lmfao you’re ep is garbage and you aren’t classified as a rapper or hip hop artist whatsoever.”
Always the king of clap backs, Nas X replied to them with his list of accomplishments to show his career didn’t start and end with his record-breaking 2019 single Old Town Road.
