In the brilliant mockumentary series, creator Lilley dons a wig and a jumper to portray teen-aged mean girl Ja’mie (pronounced “Juh-MAY”) King, who’s transferred to Summer Heights from a local private school as part of a social experiment. Ja’mie dumps her year-7 boyfriend for texting with some slut named Madeline, pretends to be a lesbian for attention, continually makes racist remarks against Asian people, threatens to slit her wrists if the principal won’t allow the year-elevens to have a formal, and talks incessantly of her imminent modeling career. Acquaint yourself with our new favorite person in the following video clips. First, Ja’mie’s friends act like bitches to her so she calls her mother to complain. Later, she holds a meeting to address how her friends were acting like bitches, and why they are obviously jealous of her. Summer Heights High premieres in the U.S.A. November 9th on HBO.
