Dr. Phil has had it – officially!
The famous talk show host took to the internet yesterday to tells his fans that he doesn’t enjoy being called daddy. Set to some soft music, Phil reminds his viewers that he isn’t their daddy and by calling him daddy, they’re probably hurting their own father’s feelings. (I’m not sure that that’s the type of daddy people are referring to when they say “daddy” – but sure, Phil. Sure.)
“You have to stop commenting ‘daddy’ on all of my posts. I ain’t your daddy. I hate to break it to you, but I ain’t your daddy,” the daytime personality said. “I appreciate the support. It’s a little weird, but I appreciate the support.”

A quick look at the comment sections of Dr. Phil’s previous TikTok and Instagram posts reveal that he actually does get called daddy quite a lot. Even on this post where he’s pleading with people to stop, the comments are filled with people calling him father-like names. I guess everyone is just really into Dr. Phil and think he’s daddy… Well, either that or they’re just really into this meme of calling him daddy.
