There are no subtitles, so you’re going to have to enlist a Japanese-speaking friend if you really want to understand all the details.  But suffice it to say the twink host of the show goes “behind the scenes” to a bunch of transsexual bars in Tokyo, chats up the trannies (including the one pictured who appears to be showing off her size D titties), all while the studio audience giggles nervously.
