We bought a new place in Palm Springs and have moved most of our production down South. It’s much warmer year round for outdoor shooting. We also have the in-house Studio here in San Francisco, so we don’t really need the Ranch anymore.  We made over 30 films at the Ranch and it’s time for some new scenery, even I was getting tired of seeing the same trees and house!
