Last week, on the set of a new Miami-based studio, the porn star Rusty Stevens injected some Trimix into his dick. It’s pretty common for porn stars to inject themselves with erectile drugs — Caverject is another popular choice — to ensure a sustained hard-on during shooting. What’s less common is when these erection injections go wrong.

Too much of the solution or a bad stick can mean a painfully swollen erection that won’t subside without an embarrassing hospital visit. Below, the talent agent Howard from Fabscout Entertainment captured some footage of Rusty’s painful ride to the hospital with a 6-hours-and-counting hard-on. Howard tells me:

After two hours in the waiting room, then triage, where the female nurse about had a stroke, then another hour in waiting, we finally made it into emergency. Then there was a series of nurses, one after the other, and then the doctor, who was the hottest man I have ever seen, and who had never heard of Caverject or Trimix. So he called a urologist and finally they started to drain it. I had left by that point. Rusty took a cab home. Two days later it was fine and he did a shoot with a working weiner.
