Steve started shooting his directorial debut, Blue Movie this weekend, and his co-stars were awash in excitement. Steve based the film on porn’s first golden age in the late 70s and early 80s. With a nod to the theme, Steve’s first scene — starring Dillon Buck, Zak Spears and newcomer Adam Herst — took place in a wood-panelled den with latchhook pillows and a shag rug.  Great for burns, not so great for watersports.

Steve stacked the decks in his favor on this first venture: Joe Oppedisano is shooting boxcovers and stills along with Greg Lenzman, Leif Gobo is co-directing and mega-hung CJ Madison is back in business.
