This fairly hilarious trailer, with exceptionally high production values, comes to us from Black Party promoters The Saint at Large (formerly helmers of The Saint nightclub) who are teaming up with The Federation of Ballroom Houses to produce this faggot culture clash of momentous proportions.

The Love Ball is the official opening night event benefiting the Heritage of Pride org, and features music by Alyson Calagna and Chris Cox. It all happens this Saturday, June 27th, at the Nokia Theater in Times Square, and as the video suggests, it's meant to be a kind of "West Side Story" battle of Chelsea/Hellsea circuit boys and the draggy, faggy stars of the ballroom scene made famous in Paris is Burning (see the imperious Crystal LaBeija, who helped give birth to the scene, here).

So, if you're in New York this weekend, like the thump-thump music and have $60 to spare, check it out. We especially enjoy the poster.
