 After spending all day playing Facebook detective, we can comfortably announce that the world's biggest art fag is teaming up with the world's biggest art fag muse to film some hard-gore zombie action.
François Sagat is appearing at Micky's tomorrow night for Cocktails with the Stars, and the host of the event, Scott Boardman, promised in a breathless press release that exciting revelations will happen. Then, earlier today, we noted Bruce LaBruce's compelling Facebook status update:
Hey Kids: Come on down to my opening this Saturday May 23rd 6-10pm with a performance at 8:30. I will be unveiling - literally - the star of my upcoming zombie splatter porn flick, which, if all goes well, will make Lars Von Trier's Anti-Christ look like The Sound of Music.
The star in question? It's got to be François. The muscley fashion muse Frenchman -- fresh off the set of another horror flick, Saw VI -- has been partying with Bruce LaBruce all week. That's the duo above, hanging out in Los Angeles this week. Plus, who the fuck other than François would Bruce LaBruce tap to play a sex zombie?
If Scott Boardman is indeed privy to all of this, then we're sorry to scoop him. He's been known to scoop himself, though. Below he announces -- on Facebook, naturally -- a surprise birthday party he's throwing tomorrow night for Francois.
