Describing Wolverine in an interview, Hugh Jackman said, in regard to any on-screen nudity:

It’s a PG-rated movie so old James Roger down there wasn’t going to be seen on the big screen.

On a side note, at a San Francisco screening of Wolverine over the weekend largely filled with bears, the audience audibly hissed when Jackman’s female love interest in the film, Silver Fox (Lynn Collins) walked onto the screen.  God we love San Francisco.
