Why are we kissing a little Lucas ass today and giving him the press he so dearly desires? Because it’s his birthday, and because despite the caustic reputation he’s built for his outspokenness at industry events (or at fashion events, or on Michael Musto’s blog), he’s just a big pussycat at heart who purrs when you rub him the right way.
For those who don’t know, little Michael was born Andrei Treyvas in 1972 in Russia (find his baby pic here), first becoming a party boy in late 80s Moscow, then becoming an escort in early 90s Munich, then later emigrating to New York where he also escorted and quickly built his porn empire based on the success of his Fire Island Cruising series. Return to Fire Island is nominated for GayVN Awards this year for Best Picture, Best Director (along with mr. Pam), and Best Cinematography. The sexy Piscean is now happily married and we hope his Richard will be treating him to a nice dinner this evening.
