Erik Rhodes Compares Porn Career to Working at McDonald’s

Erik notes that the “Best Lubed” or “Got Lubed?” Award, or whatever that was that he won at the Grabbys (which he calls the Biggest Slut Award) doesn’t really fit his M.O. anymore — now that he’s coupled, more grounded, and wants to be known for more than just his gaping hole.

But in the comments on the same post, Erik goes on to mention that much like recent performer-director Steve Cruz, he’s moving behind the camera and has already started directing (assistant-directing the Jarics’ Dripping Wet shoot, and apprenticing on location in Prague as well), a move he describes as climbing the McDonald’s ladder:

“Its become a job and just like any job once your working at mcdonalds for 5 years the thought of eating the food makes you sick, but you keep working there cuz it pays your bills. But make no mistake, that i will still put all i have into directing and the rest of the modeling i have left. You know, just because you hate working at mcdonalds doesnt mean you dont wanna get a raise…”
 

With all the all-beef patties, special sauce, and plump buns, not to mention the impending potential for a tranny gang attack, his analogy might not be that far off.
