When the baby tranny appeared on Idol, singing Whitney Houston’s “Queen of the Night” in a blouse and high-heels, our heart went out to him. He got slammed by the judges (Simon famously shamed him as “confused;” they played The Crying Game theme as he exited the stage) and vowed that he’d be back. Well, he is … and this time he’s all man. Meet Kirk Cummings, gay porn superstar!

And what a transformation!  As a budding porn superstar, Kirk is on top of the world (though he’s mostly a bottom). He shed the bob and the bell-bottoms to shoot high-profile porn movies for gay studios like Falcon, Channel 1, Hot House and Studio 2000. As Kirk, he’s been on the cover of Freshmen magazine and has also got a new single (“Badass”). In fact, we’d never have made the connection between Kirk and Zach until we checked out his YouTube account. Not only was the video for Kirk Cummings’ “Badass” single posted under his ZacharyTravisIdol account, his American Idol tryout video appears under Related Videos.* Oh, the wonders of the internet!

And “Kirk” himself hasn’t exactly been quiet about his alter ego. Kirk’s Myspace band link goes to ZachIdol, a fansite for Zachary Travis. And in a recent interview  for the Falcon blog, Kirk confessed that he’d been gossiped about in People magazine. (After the American Idol fiasco, Zach told People that “when I can afford it, I want to get the operation.”) While we certainly wish Zach the best in his future surgical endeavors, we’d hate to lose a piece as fine as this:
