This is no doubt an exciting day for their more than two dozen
exclusives, such as Dawson, Lucas, Trevor, and Trevor II; they were
probably expecting to be given last names before they were given a
benefits package as comprehensive this.

As it stands, many so-called “amateur”, web-based studios — because of
the low overhead and higher margins related to web production — are
able to offer models scene rates that are way higher than what
traditional studios can offer. Today’s announcement no doubt will help sites like this to continue to draw top talent.

But is this part of a growing trend among amateur studios? Probably
not. Randy Blue said he  has no plans to offer RandyBlue.com models a
similar benefit package at this time, but  added, “We offer [our
models] one of the highest pay structures in the industry as well as
opportunities for live shows, events and for print … and we have
worked out a plan with several models to pay for college.”
